All went smoothly with Father Braschi's visit to California. On November 28th, Father Braschi visited St. Thomas More Church in Rialto, California where he celebrated Mass. Followed mass was recitation of the Chaplet of Saint Philomena and veneration of the Sacred Relic. A reception with dinner was held at the home of Maureen Baccari, mother of Edna Gibson, Center Representative. Many devotees came from all over the Southern California area to hear Father speak about Saint Philomena and to attend his Masses. The monthly prayer group was well represented. On the 29th of November, Father Braschi went to St. Joseph's Chapel at Santa Teresita Hospital in Duarte where he celebrated the Holy Mass followed by recitation of the Chaplet of Saint Philomena and veneration of the Sacred Relic. After Mass a reception was held where Saint Philomena devotees were blessed by Father Braschi. A generous amount of donations were collected through the sale of devotional items. All proceeds went toward the restoration of the Sanctuary.

Father Braschi enjoyed his visit to California and met many new devotees to Saint Philomena.
